Biography

Dr Tu received his PhD at Remote Sensing Research Centre of the University of Queensland in 2019, after several years of working experience in related disciplines in both the academia and industry of spatial science. His research interest includes high-resolution remote sensing, aerial survey, vegetation mapping, and spatial analysis. He joined KAUST in May 2019.

Research Interests

Dr Tu's recent research focuses on UAV vegetation mapping for agricultural applications, including multi-spectral image calibration, data extraction, and optimisation of image input.
